What you will hear
One strike, many tones.
A struck bowl does not produce one clean note. It produces a fundamental tone with overtones above it, fading at different rates — which is why the sound seems to keep moving as it disappears.
- Warm
- Balanced
- Lingering
- Gentle
What it is for
One bowl. Many moments.
Meditate
An easier way to begin.
Instead of trying to force your mind to be quiet, listen to the sound as it gradually disappears.
Reset
When your mind feels crowded.
Strike once. Take three slow breaths. Listen.
Focus
Create a clear beginning.
Use one sound before work, reading, studying or any focused activity.
Unwind
Mark the end of your day.
Use ANURAVA ONE to transition away from work, screens and stimulation.
Breathe
Give your breath something to follow.
Pair a gentle sound with slow breathing.
Pause
One minute without doing anything.
Strike. Listen. Stop.
ANURAVA instruments are for sound, meditation and wellbeing practice. They are not a medical treatment.
How to use it
Begin in less than 30 seconds.
- 1
Place
Rest the bowl on its cushion, on a firm surface.
- 2

Why ANURAVA ONE
We made the first choice for you.
One simple choice
No need to understand bowl sizing or musical notes before starting.
Hand-forged
Made using traditional metalworking rather than mass-produced machine forming.
Selected before dispatch
Each ANURAVA ONE is struck and rim-played before it leaves us.
Complete starter configuration
Bowl, striker and ring cushion are included.
You do not need to understand notes, frequencies, sizes or overtones to begin. Choosing a first singing bowl from dozens of diameters and finishes is where most people stall — so we picked one balanced configuration and built everything around it.
ANURAVA ONE is a single, fixed specification: approximately 7 inches of hand-forged bell metal, with the striker and cushion that suit it. If you later want to choose by exact measurement, that is what our Professional range is for.
New to sound healing?
You do not need experience to begin.
Sound healing uses sound, resonance and intentional listening as part of relaxation, meditation and mindful practice. There is no technique to master first — you strike the bowl and follow the sound until it is gone.
The craft
Hand-forged in Bankura.
Made in Bankura, West Bengal, India from bell metal — a copper-and-tin alloy — through repeated cycles of heating, hammering, truing and finishing. Every finished bowl is struck and rim-played before it is accepted.
Because it is shaped by hand, no two are identical. Subtle differences in surface, pitch and sustain are a property of the process, not a fault.

Questions
Before you order.
Yes. It is made to be the first singing bowl you own. Strike it once and listen until the sound disappears — that is the whole practice, and no prior experience is needed.
No. ANURAVA ONE is a single fixed configuration, so there is nothing to choose by note or frequency. If you later want to select an instrument by measured fundamental and approximate note, that is what the Professional range is for.
The bowl, a hardwood and suede striker, a ring cushion, a beginner ritual guide, QR learning access and premium protective packaging.
It is the same specification, but not identical piece for piece. Each bowl is hand-forged, so the hammering pattern, surface marks and exact tone of the finish vary. That variation is a property of the making rather than a fault.
No. Hand-forged bowls naturally have subtle individual variation in pitch, response and sustain.

Yes. It is designed for personal sound and meditation practice at home.
It is hand-forged from the same bell metal as the rest of the range, so nothing prevents it being used in practice. It is not supplied with individual measurements, so practitioners who need a documented fundamental, approximate note and sustain should look at the Professional range.
Choose ANURAVA ONE if you want one considered starting configuration without having to decide on size, note or frequency. Choose Professional if you need to select by exact measurement, or want a particular note or a set.
Strike the outer wall gently with the striker, or move the suede side slowly around the rim to make the bowl sing.
