Getting your instrument to you.
Every instrument is made and checked by hand before it leaves the workshop in Bankura, West Bengal, India.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within one week of your order being confirmed.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination and the courier used. We confirm the delivery cost and the expected timeline with you directly before you pay — including for international destinations.
Each instrument is packed in premium protective packaging for transit.
Returns
We accept returns where an instrument is damaged in transit.
Because each bowl is hand-forged, subtle variation in surface, pitch and sustain is a property of the making rather than a fault, and is not treated as damage.
Outside transit damage, returns are not offered.
If your instrument arrives damaged
- Photograph the packaging and the instrument before unpacking further.
- Message us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, with the photographs and your order reference.
- We confirm the next step with you — replacement or refund — and arrange collection where needed.
